 Ingredients: wheat bran -100%

Wheat bran helps to normalize the level of sugar in the blood when it increases; improvement of general well-being and increase of resistance of an organism to illnesses. Not to be used as a substitute for a complete diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.

Dosing: should be taken with food, adding in the first meals, or outside the meal with milk, kefir, yoghurts, other dairy products or juices, 3-4 times a day (3-4 spoons). Daily dose of bran - 30-65 g. Before using consult with your doctor.
