Bran help to normalize the functions of the digestive system, improve the work of the intestines and gall bladder. Due to the content of magnesium, potassium, trace elements and vitamins, the mixture of  branes helps to normalize the level of sugar in the blood, lowering blood pressure, preventing obesity. Bran helps to improve the overall well-being, increase the body's resistance to disease. Not to be used as a substitute for a complete diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.

Dosing: should be taken with food, adding in the first meals, or outside the meal with milk, kefir, yoghurts, other dairy products or juices, 3-4 times a day (3-4 spoons). Daily dose of bran - 30-65 g. Before using consult with your doctor.
